Annual Conference

Each year the Association creates a unique conference for library staff from rural and small communities designed with both practicality and with the understanding that professional development and networking are essential parts of your success.

It’s not every day one has the opportunity to hear the director of the Pew Research Center’s Internet and American Life Project speak. Lee Rainie’s breakdown of the data to demonstrate the library’s relevance to our citizenry was priceless. What important information to go to the powers that be with!

Melissa Hager, Children’s Librarian
Alexander County Library, Taylorsville, NC
