The Clark County Library Board seeks an enthusiastic Library Director to lead the 2 branch library system with headquarters in Arkadelphia, AR. The Clark County Library serves a population of 23,000. An ideal candidate will be people oriented, community driven, and have the ability to build community relationships. The Library Director is responsible for daily operations, managing 5 staff members, purchasing supplies, bookkeeping, managing a budget, collection development, and managing the library’s social media/website. This position reports directly to the Clark County Library Board.

Work Hours and Salary:
This is a full time position at a minimum of 30 hours per week (T-F) and includes paid vacation and sick leave, County designated holidays, health, dental, vision, and life insurance. The salary is $40,000-$45,000.
